[Feat] wxGUI/history: Filtering Commands by Stored Region

I want to display in the history tree only commands executed with specific stored region settings.

Describe the solution you'd like
A "Regions" button at the top will allow filtering by stored regions. If a region is removed from the stored list, the filtering “Regions” combobox should update accordingly. The button will be expandable, containing checkboxes to select multiple subsets. If any option other than "All" is selected, the button will turn blue, indicating an active filter. This filter will combine with other filters in the top section.
