Set up app-db package, it contains squashed oasis-borrow migrations. Add
example db call to app-v2.

Adds `GlobalStyles` component and all basic variables for design system.

- Cleaned and added some more variables to design system.
- Added `Text` and `Button` basic components.

Move oasis-borrow to apps/app-v1, preserving oasis-borrow history.

- Updated the `beforeFiles` configuration in `next.config.js` of `app-v1` to handle paths for `app-v2` by adding a wildcard route.
- Added a new route `/components-test` in `next.config.js` to redirect to `http://localhost:3001/app-v2/components-test`.

- Deleted the `TitleExample.module.scss` and `TitleExample.module.scss.d.ts` files, as they are no longer used.
- Removed the `buttonExampleStyle` class and `ButtonExample.module.scss.d.ts` file, as they are no longer used.
- Updated the `getAtomClassList` function in `getAtomClassList.ts` to make the `variant` parameter optional.
- Updated the `AtomProps` type in `types.ts` to make the `variant` parameter optional.
- Removed the `TitleExample` and `ButtonExample` components from the `index.ts` file, as they are no longer used.
