OBS 29 - Filter + Spout Out fixes

This release:

• fixes #47 and hopefully #41
• Introduces a number of stability features into the Spout Output and Spout Filter
• Moves Spout2 to a submodule and uses latest commit on master

N.B the version 28 build also works with 29.

Beta Plugin for OBS 28 RC-1

Closes #44, creating a beta release built against OBS 28, release candidate 1.

Studio Mode and Multiview

This release fixes a bug that previously stopped Studio Mode and Multiview from working.
It implements suggestion described in #15.

Spout Filter Output

This release adds filter output functionality to OBS.

Usage

1. Use attached installer (OBS_Spout2_Plugin_Install_v1.2_obs_v27.0.0.exe) to install to your OBS directory
2. Start OBS and add a scene or source
3. Right click the newly added item and open Filters menu
4. Add new Spout Filter

N.B. When adding more than one spout filter remember to change the default spout filter name!

Update to Spout2.007f and fix saving Spout Output Settings

This release:

• updates Spout Output to use the latest version of Spout (rather than Spout2.006).
• fixes a bug where the Spout Output Settings weren't saved correctly between the sessions.

Spout Output - OBS v27.x.x

This release:

• updates the plugin to be fully compatible with windows version 27.0.0 of OBS
• adds a stable version of the Spout Output (accessed by tools -> Spout Output Settings

Spout Output Beta -- for OBS 26.x

This release adds output functionality to OBS.

Usage

1. Use attached installer to install to your OBS directory
2. Start OBS and go to Tools -> Spout Output Settings
3. Choose a name for your spout sender and press Start

Disclaimer

We've marked this as a beta because, although we've tested it pretty thoroughly internally it is possible there are bugs on the many different GPUs / systems that you have so please raise issues!

Currently only built for OBS v.26.x - a forthcoming build will target v. 27.x when 27 is officially released
