This repository hosts the code and PCB design files for a small, simple PCB to allow manual testing of solenoid valves
- Manual latching user inputs
- Loop mode to allow hands-free cylcing of the valves
- Push connect terminals and molex headers for flexibility in attaching the solenoids
- Teensy 2.0 programmed with Teensyduino to allow the user to set up patterns of actuation if needed
- 24V or 12V input accepted
- All boards were manufactured by JLCPCB with no special board parameters. Gerber files, and BOM/Coordinate files are all included in the repository
- JLCPCB also partially assembed the board by placing small SMD components such as resistors, capacitors, LEDs, and diodes.
- The schematic, PCB, and KiCAD project are all included in the repository repository
- All other parts were purchased from DigiKey and hand assembled in the FSU Psychology Research Development shop.
- Code was uploaded using the standard Arduino IDE can be downloaded from here.
- Reference the Teensyduino reference page from PJRC
I would like to offer a special thanks to Fred Fletcher and Te Tang from the FSU Psychology Research and Development shop for their input, expertese, and time in assisting me in developing and assembling these boards
