LNS v2

new files:

• server-fs.tar.gz: same as the old server.tar.gz
• server.exe: http.server but with some extra features

New release format

Inside client.tar.gz:

• lns.py
• cli.py

cli.exe:
cli.py bundled with the dependencies as a portable executable

Tests created + Bugs fixed

now the test.py file in clients/python contain actuals test implemented with unittest framework
