EC2 배포를 위한 Dockerfile 수정 및 미사용 의존성 정리

• Dockerfile Node 버전 업그레이드 (18 → 20)
• package-lock.json 복사 추가 및 --legacy-peer-deps 플래그 적용
• react, react-dom 버전 업데이트 (19.1.0 → ^19.1.4)
• 미사용 패키지 9개 제거 (expo-constants, expo-font, expo-haptics, expo-image, expo-symbols, expo-system-ui, expo-web-browser, react-native-reanimated-carousel, react-native-worklets)
