You may want to update ruby gems before running these commands.
gem update --system
Command to install the libraries for building the website.
bundle install --path vendor/bundle
Command to run the website locally.
bundle exec jekyll serve
In case of errors when first installing the libraries and running the website locally, try reinstalling jekyll with the command
gem install jekyll
You may also want to delete the Gemfile.lock file and reinstalling using the command
bundle
