tlf: Table, Listing and Figure for OSP

The {tlf} package provides an object-oriented framework to create tables and figures, which are used by R packages in the Open Systems Pharmacology ecosystem:

• {ospsuite}
• {ospsuite.reportingengine}

Installation

You can install the development version of {tlf} from GitHub with:

# install.packages("remotes")
remotes::install_github("Open-Systems-Pharmacology/TLF-Library")

{tlf} requires following packages to be installed:

From CRAN:

• ggplot2
• jsonlite
• patchwork
• R6
• ggtext
• stringr
• rlang
• lifecycle

Must be downloaded manually:

• ospsuite.utils
