In the previous implementation, when a (non-boss) worker sees rts->done is true at the beginning of the while loop it would attempt to sleep immediately, whereas if it were at the end of the while loop it would busy wait for a short period in case another cilkify is hit. With this change, (non-boss) workers will always perform the busy wait if they encounter rts->done == true.
