Is the removal and moving of the coordinates and perimeter points wanted?

The points_coordinates files are duplicated. I think one set should be removed?
… references - Standardized attribute names in shapefiles and codebase (`dip` -> `dipDir`, `slopeangle` -> `dipAngle`, etc.). - Updated affected modules, tests, and documentation to reflect these changes.
