Description of the Change

Issueに記載した通りの修正を行った

Verification

Ubuntu22.04にてdebパッケージを生成・インストールして import RTC 動作を確認
ModuleNotFoundErrorは出なくなったことを確認

No warnings for the build?
Have you passed the unit tests?


          Fixed path of OpenRTM-aist.pth in setup.cfg.
