these are results of send otp and verification of otp and third one shows the results in db. i have created my own neon db and connect through .env locally. you can create and take the database_url and paste in the env file. if require i can provide env.example

i have completed issue #15 also after this i can provide it's PR. also i have take issue #16 to add rate limiting but in pull request #18 they are adding cool down , so user have to wait for 30 sec , instead of that by using redis as mentioned in issue #16 we can fix the issue.
