Add memory management improvements to streaming report queries

Bump version to 21.0.2-beta.1 for beta testing
Implement cleanup in streaming parser to prevent memory leaks
Clear object references during iteration to help garbage collection
Add explicit stream/parser destruction in finally block to ensure cleanup
Improve memory efficiency for large report queries
