CONVINCING DESCRIPTION
This PR adds dynamic tern generation for Repository-tier Script API and Web Script APIs, replacing static tern definitions. This makes adaption to different ACS and Java versions simpler.
RELATED INFORMATION
This PR is a rebased variant of #220 which I could not update due to a lack of edit access to that feature branch. The submission of this PR should be considered as having been done by @hi-ko .
