As far as I understand, ExtremeValues only applies to the tail, no? claims that a QQM-GDP method is available in both xclim and JuliaTools. Is there any function in sdba that truly does this? e.g. QDM-ExtremeValues in a single class?
Speaking of JuliaTools, a relatively recent commit removed biascorrect_extremes. At first I thought, maybe the functionnalities are just in a more general function. But that doesn't seem to be the case. There is no mention of GEV at all in ClimateTools.jl now (no gev_params, no mention of GEV in docstrings.) The only thing that remains seems to be deprecated(?) tests of biascorrrect_extremes. @RondeauG Any idea on this, are you in touch with Philippe Roy?
