XPCIpy v1.1.0 — Major GUI Refactor, Batch Reconstruction & Stability Updates

We present you the new release of XPCIpy.

This release introduces a major refactor of the XPCIpy GUI, improving stability, performance, and user experience across the Reconstruction (TLRec) and Simulation (PCSim) modules.

Highlights

• New Batch Reconstruction Tab
  Automatically process multiple acquisitions with local or global reference stacks.
  Results saved in AcquisitionX/Retrieved/.

• Massive GUI Refactor
  Removed all global root patterns, unified parent/master handling, and added thread-safe execution.

• New Safety & Physics Verification
  Warnings for grating sampling, invalid distances, phase-stepping issues, and Talbot distance inconsistencies.

• Better User Experience

  • Semi-transparent loading overlay.
  • Tooltips system.
  • Error windows with detailed traceback.
