psicquic-view

Psicquic-view is a web application that can browse, search and download molecular interactions from all PSICQUIC webservices.

Install and run

git clone https://github.com/PSICQUIC/psicquic-view.git
cd psicquic-view
mvn clean install
mvn jetty:run

Then, browse to:

http://localhost:19095/psicquic/view/
