This repository contains an implementation of the block matching algorithm for optical flow estimation using SSD for local block matching. Feel free to use the code, but it may contain bugs and inaccuracies.
The images below provide examples of the block matching flow. Each example was performed with a 7x7 window, with a 5 pixel area around each side for comparison, and a pixel stride of 5.
