In some cases, it might be useful to hide the list of completed recordings in the Panopto block, so that administrators only can see that.
In my university, there are several courses that require students to watch video lessons in a pre-determined order. Students can't watch lesson X before completing lesson X-1 (and its related quiz). So, having the direct links to all the videos in the block bypasses the restriction we set up in Moodle.
