Minor update to add functionality for NANOS index symbol.

Also, you can now add INDEX symbols to the tt-config.txt configuration file as you need.

For example:

INDEXTICKER|RUT
INDEXTICKER|VIX
INDEXTICKER|NANOS
INDEXTICKER|DJX
INDEXTICKER|SPX
