This software is open source, free for self-hosted for any regional/municipal organizations or independent found who intend to contribute help to people who was forcibly displaced directly or indirectly by war reasons. OpenHelp does not have a central node for collecting data in order to avoid abuse. Each organization must deal with the collected data in accordance with the laws of its country.
