Customize the order of profile elements #365

Add a configuration to adjust the order in which different profile elements appear.

Presently, the order is the following:

basic information
contact information
research description
human organ systems
additional profile categories
genes & terms (per taxon)
publications

The additional profile categories and taxon already have a well-defined order.

The setting could also be used to select which elements are displayed in the public profile.
