This PR updates example notebooks to reflect API improvements in pyzentropy, including automatic internal calculations, simplified initialization, and consistent naming conventions. Key changes: - Added data generation for the Fe3Pt tutorial input file - Updated example notebook to use simplified API (automatic calculations in System.init, ground_state as constructor parameter)
