[1.5] Getting ready for final release

In this version, i added bunch of new stuff like:

• Startup screen (so you don't have to look on ugly function part right from the start)
• Finalized front-end (this is how the program might look like)
• Made possible to edit location of count line (by simply clicking on picture box)

In upcoming version (which will be final hopefully), i'll clean up the code and remove some developer tools for debugging

• Added two rectangles under the label and buttons. Updates will come in further versions
• Added more options to menu strip: Show count line and developer mode
• Fix: Switching between cameras is working again
