This project is no longer maintained. The project was a static framework implemenatation of Cocos2d. Instead of maintaining a complete own project we are now maintaining a fork of the real Cocos2d GIT here on github. So, if you want the awesomeness of static framework with Cocos2d - here it is.
Oh, and if the static framework fork is not up to date, give us a holler and we'll see what we can do.
