feat(release) : 2.15 - PART1

First part of last code correction before the release of 2.15

Things done :

• deletion of unused scripts
• add pyproject.toml file for each GeoNature modules found in contrib directory ( cause : future pip 25.0 version)
• Update changelog
• Update migration script (missing sudo's mostly)
• Minor corrections on the new taxon sheet
