The One With The Document Client

DynamoDB methods now use a customizable DocumentClientFactory under the hood. This allows consumers to customize the config to AWS specifications if necessary. This is entirely optional, and all functionality will continue to work as expected.

This release was bungled and doesn't include the built lib directory. Attempting to use 0.0.8 will result in a failure of your application. Please use 0.0.9 or higher.
