The plan for this year was to include a microcontroller and a power circuit which draws power from the USB on the acquisition board. The goal was to create a stand-alone PCB which could be powered and comunicate through a USB port, without reliying on off-board lab equipment, such as a lab power supply and a microcontroller development board.
However, due to pandemic constraints, we were not able to integrate key components of the processing pipeline onto the board yet. This means the stand-alone board, which we call the production board, is not yet ready for a competition submission and we plan to submit it in April 2021. In the mean time, we submit a prototype board to the 2020 edition of the Fixed Challenge.
Here is our technical documentation for the acquisition board. If it is your first time here, we suggest you read them in order.s
