Add prettier and json validation in precommit - with suggested changes
- Changed audio models (whisper, tts, tts-hd, tts-1, tts-1-hd) from 'text' to 'audio' type - Added 'image_generation' to supported array for dall-e-2, dall-e-3 - Changed dall-e-3 primary type from 'text' to 'image' - Added 'image_generation' to supported array for gpt-image-1 and gpt-image-1-mini These changes align azure-openai.json with openai.json configuration
