📋 Basic Information

This PR implements the core event creation mechanism for the contract, enabling admins to initialize standalone prediction events with robust validation and secure storage.

Key Changes

• Added create_event and get_event methods to the contract.
• Added EventValidator to enforce business rules (admin authentication, future end-time, minimum outcomes).
• Defined the Event data model, implemented EventManager for storage, and integrated EventEmitter for the EventCreated event.
• Comprehensive Testing: Created event_creation_tests.rs with coverage for:
  • Successful event creation and state verification.
  • Unauthorized access attempts.
  • input edge cases (past timestamps, empty outcomes).
