@pandurangpatil Can you describe what was the problem and how are we fixing this with the changes done in the PR. Also If you can share some statistics/metrics by which we came to the root cause and if this fixes the problem |

When we look at the logs for each thread and the evaluation time for each task. It seems that while running the tasks in parallel using the
parallelfeature of collections, it's not evenly distributing the tasks. Haven't gone into the details of why its happening that way. Tried withFutureand it worked well.
