Ralph Orchestrator (Custom Fork)

Custom fork of ralph-orchestrator with OpenRouter adapter support.

Changes from upstream

• Added openrouter adapter for free/low-cost LLM models via OpenRouter API
• Multi-tier model fallback (free tiers + Haiku insurance)
• Tool calling support for web search, file operations, and shell commands

Installation

pipx install git+https://github.com/ProofOfReach/ralph-orchestrator.git

Usage

ralph run --agent openrouter

Requires OPENROUTER_API_KEY environment variable.

1. xiaomi/mimo-v2-flash:free - Best free, 256K context
2. tngtech/deepseek-r1t2-chimera:free - Strong reasoning
3. deepseek/deepseek-chat-v3-0324:free - Reliable backup
4. anthropic/claude-3.5-haiku - Paid insurance ($0.80/M in)
