This release works.

Current known bugs:

pool wall clock time. Currently we get around this by throwing more cores at the jobs.
No RAM settings in the processes. Not sure if we should/shouldn't be doing this
basic pipeline. Need to add the real one in for samples. Good for testing though.
Currently uses hard coded references within a ref/ folder within the root of the azure file share. Need to fine a better place.
samples currently being read from root of azure file share. Better to be read from some blob where i have uploaded the data
