Feature flagged for bling and stockist account

This release adds feature flag in order to not interfere in the bling customer. New accounts signed up will be by default a stock manager only.
This is the MVP.
If someone needs only control over a given stock, this is exactly the case.
Also implemented a friendly mobile version. But must be improved.

Bling Integration

1. Integration with Bling ERP almost in real time;
2. Count in home dashboard per store and situation/status;
3. CRUD BlingOrderItem;
4. On delete order at bling: check the order at there, then change status to deleted at bling otherwise rollback status to the previous one.
5. Chart bar for daily revenue per store;
