Use OIDC for publishing (#184)

* Updates publishing ci/cd according to https://packaging.python.org/en/latest/guides/publishing-package-distribution-releases-using-github-actions-ci-cd-workflows/#configuring-trusted-publishing

* Remove test pypi deployments

* Upload packages directly

* Just upload dist folder
