Summary/Motivation:

New typos version dropped! Apparently we are bad about "writable" vs "writeable."

Changes proposed in this PR:

• Add writeable as an exception because it's in numpy's API

In a comedy of errors, I actually need to change all of the "writable"s back to "writeable" because it's an API thing in numpy.
