Adding new course content for review. Still reformatting 2 figures and the references in one lesson. But text review can begin. Many thanks.

Thanks for contributing to Qiskit documentation!

Before your PR can be merged, it will first need to pass continuous integration tests and be reviewed. Sometimes the review process can be slow, so please be patient. Thanks! 🙌

* Listen to your stakeholders.
* Prioritize based on potential impact.

In addition to the steps above, there are other considerations specific to those organizations working with clients. Here are two.

In addition to the steps above, organizations working with clients have specific considerations, such as the following:

1. **Start outreach to potential clients/partners early**: Member agreements for QICs can take a long time to work out. Other client engagements may be similar. Having several strong candidates lined up prior to starting system access can help the launch of a quantum initiative build momentum.
2. **Refine member/client engagement models**: What works for a member or client at one stage won't work in all stages. You may need to revisit your engagement model, and revise things like frequency or modality of meetings.

In the next lesson we will discuss standing up a team, including key roles and responsibilities. No newline at end of file

In the next lesson we will discuss structuring your team, including key roles and responsibilities.

less colloquial but maybe there's a better word choice than structuring?

h1 and h2 both say Overview. Remove the h2 (delete line 12) in this case?

There is no technical prerequisite for this course, but we recommend that learners first take the [Quantum Business Foundations](https://learning.quantum.ibm.com/course/quantum-business-foundations) course, which is a good introduction to the quantum ecosystem.

**Quantum Innovation Centers (QICs)** serve as elite centers of expertise in the growing and ever-changing quantum ecosystem. Many operate as a hub, an industry or academic leader growing a quantum community by partnering with IBM directly, and serving as a central contact point for other organizations. The QIC itself may be any of the organization types mentioned above (academic institution, large enterprise, etc.).

The resulting community around an IBM QIC has the potential to meet local needs through a bottom-up approach, to offer a wider variety of quantum computing access plans, and to leverage the community for broader expertise. This can be especially important for smaller organizations and startups. Being an IBM QIC establishes your leadership in the field, builds important industry connections, and it grows and opens up the quantum community. **Collaborating with a QIC could facilitate more competitive applications for governmental and private funding.**
