This PR focuses on addition of the cmake and setup.py for:

  • Installation of dependencies.
  • Running tests.
  • Configuring Travis-CI to use cmake to run tests.

Setup.py pytest running.

- tests folder moved to project root directory.
- __init__ files added in tests directory.
- changes made in the test functions following the change of the tests directory location.
