Solution to fix floating props

If you have been using EML since version 0.9.7, and are experiencing floating props after upgrade to EML version 1.0.0, please download these two files, of which one is old EML 0.9.7 with builtin export function and the other is new EML 1.0.0 with builtin import function. Please follow this procedure:

1. Unsubscribe from all versions of EML in workshop.
2. Unzip the old EML into local mod folder
3. Load a game save (before it was messed up, with all props in correct position)
4. Once inside the game check and make sure all props are in correct position.
5. Go to EML option panel, and in there click Export prop position and wait 10 seconds
6. Now exit to desktop without saving
7. Remove old EML from local mod folder
8. Unzip new EML into local mod folder
9. Load same game save, and once inside the city go to EML option panel
10. Click import, and your props should be in correct position
11. Now save game to a new game save
12. Exit to desktop
13. Remove EML from local mod folder
14. Subscribe to workshop EML
15. Now load the new game save and props should be in correct position
