This PR creates an end-to-end workflow to predict semi-empirical quantum chemistry mass spectra. An SDF file of two small molecules: H2O and Methane, is included for testing purposes.

The workflow is up to date with the new release of the tools QCxMS neutral run and QCxMS get results. 2d889b7
