The workflow table is similar to the R package table, however the R CMD check status is replaced with the docker build status.
Note: I elected to replace the Report build matrix with this more simple workflow table. The former information was a bit too specific for this overall sit rep, and can be accessed by clicking on the "Docker build & test" status badge of
workflow.transition.monitor.Closes #7
