A POSIX C program for the simulation of population protocols as described by Berenbrink et al. in "Simulating Population Protocols in Sub-Constant Time per Interaction". The API is provided by popsim.h and the UI by popsimio.c. A describtion on how to use the program can be viewed by using the -h flag.
