The HomeToday app is a social network for buying / selling apartments. This app will help the user to connect with his target audience and make the process of selling / buying / renting an apartment more efficient and pleasant.
Making the process accessible to all users of the app, both apartment owners and customers who are interested in buying / renting an apartment. Users will be able to place an ad, scroll through all the existing ads, add ads to favorites (for later viewing) and have conversations with several sellers / tenants at the same time thus making the user experience fully accessible.
Target audience - apartment owners and people interested in buying / renting an apartment
When the app is first opened, the user will be taken to the main screen, and a variety of sale / rental ads of houses published by different users will appear. The user will be able to view the ads and if he wants to contact / add to the favorites one of the ads, he will have to register.
Once registered, the user will be able to:
- Contact an advertiser (chat)
- Add an ad to his favorites list
- Post his own ad
- Access his personal profile, where he can also change his photo
