Disclaimer: To maximize file compatibility, this app iterates over time-based increments which are then used to retrieve frames. As a result, there are discrepancies between time and frame. This causes time uncertainties such as approximately ±0.02s at 60fps and ±0.03s at 30fps for a .mp4 file with h.264 compression.
