This pull request transforms the xc-regions into a wrapper contract for the underlying uniques pallet. Previously, the contract directly interacted with the pallet via the PSP34 interface. Now, with the changes introduced in this PR, the PSP34 implementation engages with a wrapped version of the regions.
This provides a more flexible and intuitive implementation of xc-regions.
