Automatically add/remove groups from the database for QBCore Jobs and Gangs. Have also added the following config flags that can be toggled. - `updateGroupsInDatabase` (boolean) - `removeOldGroupsInDB` (boolean) - `debugGroupChanges` (boolean)

Automatically do a diffcheck on the current groups (Jobs/Gangs) in database for QBCore framework.
Have also added the following config flags that can be toggled.
