Matplotlib is a Python library for creates plots.
Pandas is a fast, powerful, flexible and easy to use open source data analysis and manipulation tool, built on top of the Python programming language.
Use the package manager pip to install matplotlib and pandas.
pip install matplotlib
pip install pandas import matplotlib.pyplot as plt
import pandas as pd
# Convert an array or list to Data Frame
saves_ni_m = pd.DataFrame(ni_m)
# Save the Data Frame as a csv file
