The notebook Photron Analysis Functions contains all the made functions for the extraction of data from files and part of the analysis.
The notebook Photron Make Analysis contains som examples of the analysis I have made with the data.
The notebook Example contains a small tutorial for the functions.
For conting bubbles we have the notebooks: Bubble conut and Volume estimation and Optical Flow for Image Sequences.
We add a zip Arcive.zip contianin the images use in the bubble count notebook and OpticalFlow 1 and 2 zips for the Optical flow analysis.
