Faster loading times of directories because of thumbnails
Images are now lazy loading => Fewer resources are used
When opening a directory with over 1000 items, image preview won't be displayed to speed things up

Fixed an issue where:
- the context menu couldn't be reopened after:
  - Opening the "rename" popup
  - Opening the "compress item" popup
  - Navigating with the "jump to dir" popup with ctrl / cmd + g
- you couldn't navigate in a text input field. => Instead it was navigating through the directory entries
Fixed opening items with other applications
