Test release for SMod 3.8.2 (Scopophobia)

Note: As the game stopped shipping with Newtonsoft, I've included this with the download. Just put it in the "SCPSL_Data\Managed" folder. Can also be downloaded on the Newtonsoft websites.

I have disabled playerfile and warpfile functionality due to risk of permanently damaging any files.
These can be enabled again manually by using

admintoolbox_warpfiles: true
admintoolbox_playerfiles: true

But use those at your own risk.
